Bring them along

The rooftop garden is theirs to run in off the lead. Everywhere else outside your apartment they stay on a lead — and the gym is for people only.

Questions

Good to know before you rent

Anything else? Ask us on LINE.

What is the shortest lease?

Six months. We rent by the month only: no daily or short stays.

What do I pay when I sign?

Two months' rent as a deposit, and the first month's rent. If you book a room ahead, one month's deposit holds it and the rest is paid when you sign.

When do I get my deposit back?

Within 30 days of the end of your lease, less the move-out cleaning and anything still owed.

How are electricity and water charged?

By your apartment's own meters: electricity 9 baht a unit (kWh) and water 25 baht a cubic metre, each at least 100 baht a month. Both are billed with your rent.

Is internet included?

Yes. Every apartment has its own AIS fibre line and Wi-Fi router, included in the rent.

Can I keep a pet?

Yes: any animal that isn't venomous or dangerous. Each pet is registered on your lease, with a pet deposit of 10,000 baht (none for pets kept in a tank or a cage).

I'm not Thai. Can I rent?

Yes. About half of our tenants come from abroad. Bring your passport; we register your stay with Immigration (TM30) for you.

How do I pay the rent?

By bank transfer. Rent is due on the 1st and must reach us by the 5th. Invoices and receipts come by LINE or e-mail.

Can I move in in the middle of a month?

Yes. You pay only for the days left in that month; after that, rent is due on the 1st.

Is the apartment cleaned?

Not inside: there is no room-cleaning service. The common areas are cleaned for you.

Is there parking?

The building has no car park of its own. There are car parks nearby, which tenants arrange for themselves.

Are there house rules?

A few: quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, corridors kept clear, and pets on a lead outside your apartment, except in the rooftop garden.

How do I see a room?

Book a viewing on this website: choose a free apartment and a time, and our staff will confirm by e-mail. Or message us on LINE, or call 082 280 0288 between 12:00 and 20:00.
